How are you trying to "install" the port - what commands are you running to
install the port ?

Things to look out for:

1.  Have you mounted the cd 'mount /cdrom'
2.  Check your /etc/fstab to see where the cd is going to be mounted (hint:
might be /mnt/cdrom or some such).
3.  Is your cd rom drive working :)
