Hhhmmm, a Microsoft Bus Mouse sitting in COM1. Never saw such a beast :-)
Is it a bus mouse or a serial mouse?

I'd recommend you go through the xf86config configuration
procedure. When it comes to the mouse question, specify
Microsoft protocol:

=> 1.  Microsoft compatible (2-button protocol)
   2.  Mouse Systems (3-button protocol)
   3.  Bus Mouse
   4.  PS/2 Mouse
   5. Logitech Mouse (serial, old type, Logitech protocol)
   6.  Logitech MouseMan (Microsoft compatible)
   7.  MM Series

And at the question for the device enter

/dev/cuaa0   (for COM1)
/dev/cuaa1   (for COM2)
