That is not correct.  There is no RELENG_4 branch in the ports tree,
so you will get *nothing*.  (I.e., if you run cvsup with
"tag=RELENG_4", it will delete your entire ports tree.)  In fact,
there are no branches in the ports tree at all.

If, for some reason, you want to get the 4.0-RELEASE ports, the tag
you want to use is "tag=RELEASE_4_0_0".  Although I don't know why
anyone wants to do this. :>
