WARNING: You MUST pull the DES distribution from ftp.internat.freebsd.org or else you are violating US export law!! To fix: 1. type '-s' at the boot prompt. 2. Type to get a shell when prompted 3. type 'mount -u /' and 'mount -a' to get back your filesystems 4. type 'vipw' 5. Blank out the user's password 6. Exit 7. type 'passwd user' to change user's password 8. Type 'exit' when done to come up to multiuser mode 9. Enjoy.
