Rebuild  and install your config program, it's a little outdated.

Nope, it's been deemed mandatory, so it's no longer a config file option.

Regarding the network group, that's just a pitfall of using -current
really.  For obvious reasons, make world doesn't (and shouldn't) install
its own group file.
