Because it hasn't bothered a committer enough yet to go ahead, and
remove it (or hide it behind `bootverbose', which serves as a
catch-all for this kind of high-value messages).  That's probably due
to the fact that only very few committers still have legacy
filesystems on their disks, thus aren't bothered that much by it as
you are. :)
