2.1.0-072695 works just fine for me, but not the 2.1.0-092295 version.
I had deleted the 072695 to make room for the 092295 version, and I guess
that was a mistake.  Perhaps is there any way I can run 072695 first, and
then install 092295 version on top of that -- is this possible -- if so, 
how (what file do I run?)
