hi friends!

as i am reading through the developers and arch handbook
i noticed that there is no common way the contributor line
looks:

- This chapter was written by Murray Stokely and Jeroen Ruigrok van der Wer=
ven.
- This chapter was written by Murray Stokely <murray@FreeBSD.org>.
- Contributed by Poul-Henning Kamp <phk@FreeBSD.org>.
- John Baldwin and Robert Watson. Copyright =A9 2002, 2003 John BaldwinRobe=
rt Watson
- Contributed by Matthew Dillon.
- Chris Costello and Robert Watson.

somethimes there is a preceeding "contributed by" or a "this was written by"
sometimes there is a copyright statement, sometimes not, sometimes there is=
 an
email adress, sometimes not.

i would like to change it to a common:
=20
Contributed by Bla Blabla <bla@FreeBSD.org> and Foo Foofoo <foo@FreeBSD.org>

what do you think about this?
