sysutils/cinnamon-control-center patch =3D> 5.4.7

cinnamon-control-center is now available in a release 5.4.7

The attached diff would update the port to the latest release. Additional
changes:
- adding gnomemenus3 to USES_GNOME
- setting sysconfdir for build to ${PREFIX}/etc

In explaining the rationale for the sysconfdir change, my earlier notes
indicate that cinnamon build will set MENUDIR from sysconfdir. This will be
used for cinnamoncc.menu if available.=20

This may affect selection of files under /usr/local/etc/xdg/**

This patch would correspond to a patch to be published shortly, for
x11/cinnamon and other ports from linuxmint in updating to a 5.4 series rel=
ease
