The speeds look a bit strange. I have nothing about the console in /boot/loader.conf and in /etc/ttys: ttyu0 "/usr/libexec/getty std.9600" vt100 onifconsole secure ttyu1 "/usr/libexec/getty std.9600" vt100 onifconsole secure on both amd64 and ia64.
