Can I assume that it is also = backward compatble? I wanted to comile modules on freebsd that would run = on bsdi (and possibly linux) in addition to freebsd. Any thoughts? Cheers, Jonson. ------=_NextPart_000_0055_01BF4BEB.47E12B40 Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD W3 HTML//EN"> <HTML> <HEAD> <META content=3Dtext/html;charset=3Diso-8859-1 = http-equiv=3DContent-Type> <META content=3D'"MSHTML 4.71.1712.20"' name=3DGENERATOR> </HEAD> <BODY bgColor=3D#ffffff> <DIV><FONT color=3D#000000 size=3D2>Hello,</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT color=3D#000000 size=3D2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT color=3D#000000 size=3D2>I understand from your literature = that freebsd=20 will run binaries compiled on bsdi or linux 'out of the box'.
