several updates

Hi,

RemoveAdvOnExit can be turned off for CARP environments helping to avoid
default route removal with zero lifetime announcements.

Also update the manpage directory to align with current FreeBSD ports effor=
ts.

Last but not least remove an obsolete patch file. Was discussed with upstre=
am
as well.
