Update to v1.1.2

v1.1.2 was released in the meantime, so this patch updates this port to said
version.

Added NO_CCACHE due to a nonexistent/invalid filesystem access when configu=
re
runs on vendored jemalloc.

As for building on i386, upstream doesn't explicitly support it: "A 64-bit
system is strongly recommended. Building or running CockroachDB on 32-bit
systems has not been tested."
