Hi,

If your ISP have peering issues that's unfortunate but we do provide a fall=
back solution (actually two if you count distcache). While I don't have acc=
ess to boxes all over the world I do have to a few continents and I can say=
 that GitHub's CDN is by quite a margin faster.
