it's releng/13.0
Multiple process are running. But swap size getting fixed at certain percen=
tage
and keep on increasing till 30% may be in ~24Hr.

But why time to time swap out is not happening from kernel by itself ?
any idea or patch available for this to get swapped out time to time.

Which tell about logic error "vm_page: Fix a logic error in the handling of
PQ_ACTIVE operations" but it's seems to be not much useful for releng/13.0.

Note: already flag setting vm.pageout_update_period to 0.
