Sounds really good from here. About the drive in particular, no. About Pinnacle Micro, yes. I have their first CD ROM writing device, and I've never dealt with a more inept technical support team in my life, with the possible exception of Creative Labs. I was not happy with my experiences with them, and my next CD burner will not be a PM device.
