Tomorrow is my "busy" day with classes to teach nearly all day, but if I get a chance in the middle of the day I will boot the 0919 image with a very minimal subset of drivers and -- was it Alt-PgUP or Ctrl-PgUP -- to look back at the boot trace (don't resend I'm sure I still have your last instructions spooled.
