Is anyone else having problems installing pear with PHP 5.5? Or do I just have a misconfiguration on my system that is causing the install process to look at my /tmp directory. My ports tree is updated to svn revision 322502, and the system is running FreeBSD 9.1p4, so everything is up to date prior to this install. root@webmail:/usr/ports/devel/pear # make ===> pear-1.9.4_1 depends on file: /usr/local/sbin/pkg - found ===> Fetching all distfiles required by pear-1.9.4_1 for building ===> Extracting for pear-1.9.4_1 => SHA256 Checksum OK for pear-1.9.4.tar.bz2. ===> Patching for pear-1.9.4_1 ===> Applying FreeBSD patches for pear-1.9.4_1 ===> pear-1.9.4_1 depends on file: /usr/local/include/php/main/php.h - found ===> pear-1.9.4_1 depends on file: /usr/local/lib/php/20121212/xml.so - found ===> Configuring for pear-1.9.4_1 root@webmail:/usr/ports/devel/pear # make install ===> Installing for pear-1.9.4_1 ===> pear-1.9.4_1 depends on file: /usr/local/include/php/main/php.h - found ===> pear-1.9.4_1 depends on file: /usr/local/lib/php/20121212/xml.so - found ===> Generating temporary packing list ===> Checking if devel/pear already installed Bootstrapping Installer...................
