Huh? They're everywhere.  "Expert" make an S3-868 based PCI card that's 
very cheap and works like a dream.  We have several and XFree laps them up.

(AUS$120, ExpertColor DSV3868P "Magical Playback Video" with 1M DRAM, also
 available with 2M)
