This is because net/cvsup-without-gui does not have a pkg-descr file; 
that port builds net/cvsup using WITHOUT_X11=yes and 
SLAVE_WITHOUT_GUI=yes.

Perhaps this should be directed to ports@ for a pkg-descr for this port, 
since net/cvsup/pkg-descr mentions -without-gui?
