Once you login, it'll give you some sage advice regarding which user you should login as. You'll also want to check the handbook. Specifically the section where it reccommends literature for those new to UNIX in general. As the best online guide, I'd suggest "Unix for Users" for starters. The local library should also have some helpful stuff (don't get distracted by all the enemy books there! :) The book doesn't have to be FreeBSD-specific to be useful). > How can I get into my newly installed FreeBSD operating system.
