First you might want to include a non empty Subject: line in your mail. Also Signal 11 and some others seem to occur on FreeBSD when the system has memory problems or some other hardware problem. There has been much about it on this mailing list. Try searching for it at the archive on the FreeBSD.org site. I had a similar problem when compiling 4.0-Stable. It went away when I put some heat sink greese between my CPU and the cooling fan.
