Oh, sticking something like this into the docs, as long as it's friendly
and not dictatorial, would be a fine thing... Putting something like
that in the handbook, well, it might help by embarrassing folks into it.

That's the strongest method available in our project.  We can say don't
absolutely, but we can't say "do" absolutely.
