Are there any manual steps necessary to install xorg 7.2 on a machine without an existing installation? I did a "make install" in /usr/ports/x11/xorg and got the following error: ... ===> Registering installation for libdrm-2.3.0 ===> Returning to build of dri-6.5.3,2 ===> dri-6.5.3,2 depends on shared library: X11.6 - not found ===> Verifying install for X11.6 in /usr/ports/x11/xorg/xorg-libraries Read /usr/ports/UPDATING for the procedure to upgrade to xorg 7.2. *** Error code 1 It looks like that message gets displayed if XORG_UPGRADE and PACKAGE_BUILDING are undefined. Since this isn't an upgrade do I still need to set XORG_UPGRADE anyway? -- Bruce Cran
