I'm not sure about "go get". It updates only if you use -u (which I do not) or
if the dependency is missing. Have in mind that poudriere build jails do not
have network so if "go get" tries to fetch something the "tesport" will fail.

Something like godep as part of our go support will be great, but again I do
not see how this will fix the "drift" issue with googlecode.
