The whole point of this change is to make things a little less weird for newcomers; existing users either use one of the shells from ports, or just carry their own shell rc file with their preferred PS1; either way they probably won't even notice. That's why I chose to follow the _actual_ status quo, both in FreeBSD (the new prompt is the same as the csh(1) one, apart from the '$') and Linux. Thus the '\w'.
