Adding here that I've been actually trying to get trash support working in
Thunar on i3. After some research, I found probonod's debugging on some stu=
ff
regarding gvfs, which ultimately allowed me to get this working. I had to a=
dd:

export $(dbus-launch)

to my .xinitrc file right before I ran exec i3. I left more details here:

I wanted to post this here just in case this affects trash support in some
negative (or unforeseen) way.
