The problem is that it only seems to work system wide which is not what we wanted because of two reasons: A- We don't wnat to put that kind of load on the server (scanning EVERY piece of mail B- We intend to charge a small fee to those subscribers who want it so whatever we end up with, we must have the ability on switching it on/off on a per user basis.
