Patch to add pkg-message to x11/mako

The attached patch adds a pkg-message describing how to manually start a db=
us
user session, which may be required for makoctl(1) to work.

It took me way too long to figure this out myself, maybe this helps the next
user installing x11/mako.

I also got a PR committed upstream to clarify the readme[1].
