Give it a port of it's own. Back when my ports of the Emacs Lisp manual and Elisp tutorial were committed I recall someone raising the possibility of a new 'doc' category. It sounded like a good idea to me, but nothing came of it. I've never been overly sure if the ports collection was supposed to be neat and/or useful things to add to your system or just neat and/or useful things that need some changes first before they can be added. If the latter, how extensive do the changes need to be? Personally, I've gotten into the habit of searching the ports collection first when I'm looking for something, then doing web searches with an eye to porting whatever turns up. -- I've always wanted to be a dilettante, but I've never quite been ready to make the commitment.
