The APU2C4 is equipted with 4 GB RAM, the latest firmware image available at https://pcengines.github.io/ , which is at the time of writing this PR v4.9.0.7, comprised of coreboot v4.9.0.7 and SeaBIOS 'rel-1.12.1.3', see URL above.
