Sure ... but not very practical:
  For each provider/phone-number-you-ever-want-to-call-to-make-a-connection
  create a seperate isppp<n> device and an appropriate entry for that
  device/phone-number in /etc/isdn/isdnd.rc and give this entry a specific
  rating-scheme.

An extension of the accounting/billing-system in i4b would be nice.
Something that considers also some calendaric entries while accounting for
"Feiertage" and some other special days. Also it would be nice to have some
levels of rating such as:
- basic charges calculated by the given accounting-system and when calling
  predefined numbers, adding some rates to the basic-rates (for T-Online-calls
  that charge you for online-time additionally to the phone-connection-time).
- additional charges depending on transfered volume for predefined numbers
..

Did you start work on it ?
