Even without the definitions, I thought it would be useful because it's 
a list of what needs to be defined.

Note that the added terms are just acronyms from the Handbook.  My 
little Perl script for extracting terms can do multiple SGML tags, but I 
wasn't sure what else should be included.  <application>, maybe?
