Doesn't it do autosensing? Are you talking about the 10MB ISA card?
There is a (DOS) program EZ553.EXE (www.smc.com download area) which 
contains the latest EZSETUP program. IIRC there is a menu option
to choose the sensing strategy - Autodetect.
