Reading the manpage for scsi(8), is says:
The -p option can be used against the "super scsi" device /dev/scsi/super
to probe all devices with a given SCSI lun on a given SCSI bus.
Is ``/dev/scsi/super'' a 3.0-current thing? I've never seen
/dev/scsi/super on my 2.2.x boxes and /dev/MAKEDEV knows nothing about
it.
Also, what is the real way to reprobe the whole bus?
