Hmm, it's possible that if you startx (and kde) as root once this stuff will 
go away. I suggest you try that.

PS: instead of the menu items (which require kdeadmin I think) you can also 
just run 'kdesu konqueror' for your purposes. I'm not sure if the kdesu 
command requires kdeadmin also.
