AFAIK, xwin32 comes with two programs, one that you're supposed to run as a daemon on the X server, and the client portion that runs on the remote machine. It's been about 2 years since I tried to do X remotely over the internet, so I'm a little rusty. The other program should be packaged with xwin32.
