I use Times New Roman and Arial, but you need to transfer the font files
from your windoze box to do that...

The Luxi fonts are nice, as are the Lucida fonts.

Andale is just the first font alphabetically.  Mozilla makes no choice
of fonts, especially since Mozilla is not a product, but rather an
experiment.
