How is that possible ?
I copied stable-supfile from /usr/share/examples/cvsup/
I changed the host=CHAGETHIS.. to cvsup.uk.freebsd.org
and added ports-all tag=. (the line that is described upper in the file)
And then I cvsup stable-supfile
after it had finished I went to /usr/src
make buildworld installworld
then I recompiled the kernel
and after I rebooted:
FreeBSD 4.3-BETA #1: Mon Jan 8 14:16:40 EET 2001

What is wrong with it ? And how can I get -STABLE ?
