BROKEN_powerpc64 is the second BROKEN_xxx statement, why doesn't it complain
about the first one?

When I move it up, before LICENSE, it says:
> FATAL: Makefile: extra item "BROKEN_mips64" placed in the LICENSE section.

When I move it before MAINTAINER, it says:
> FATAL: Makefile: extra item "BROKEN_mips64" placed in the MAINTAINER sect=
ion.

Following portlint's instructions, it isn't clear what to do.
