Same Tyan MB works OK with X2 BE 2350 which shows dev.cpu.0.freq_levels: 2079/100000 1980/91311 1782/75334 990/40013 With 'sysctl debug.cpufreq.lowest=1000' it works OK, but that's not really what I'd like to do.
