Hi, Sorry, no I don't have one and I'm not particularly into writing device drivers, BUT I did want to affirm that it would be particularly cool to have support for these types of controllers!!! I've been looking for anything that can accelerate read/write performance to SCSI disks for FreeBSD ;-) ...
