It's very consistant, the instruction pointer is the same each time and the process is '(sh)'. I've tried disabling almost all of the devices with no success. I can't finish the install, so I can't rebuild the kernel, how can I get a debug kernel to debug this problem? thanks in advance gregm@wrq.com
