Your question arrived on a mailing list so there are many "sirs" and some
"ma'ams" here too. :)

You can distribute FreeBSD according to the copyright, which should be
easily found on the website or on your FreeBSD box as /COPYRIGHT.

If you wan't to sell the shrink wrapped product you will have to talk to
Walnut Creek. www.cdrom.com
