Hmmm.  Now I'm confused.  Is this for the Web site?  I would have
expected a hats.sgml in the top-level directory (en/), roughly
analogous to developers.sgml.

OK, sounds good, as long as we don't have to bikeshed too much about
the format of what the lists should look like (punctuation, crud like
that).

I recommend starting small.  If you try to get fancy with table-like
listings, you risk colliding with some other Web page author's idea of
what the table should look like.  :-)
