Gotta bug I found..

When upgrading to 2.2x *and possible 2.1.7 I forget* the upgrade path 
forgets about my fpa0 device in the sysconfig file.

It retains the ifconfig statement(s) for fpa0, but drops fpa0 as a valid 
interface assignment.
