    Depends on the version of FreeBSD, as well as the scheduler you're 
using.
    7-CURRENT with the ULE scheduler is quite a bit better than the same 
version with the 4BSD. 6.x with the ULE scheduler shouldn't be used 
because it's highly unstable.
