I believe that card uses the Realtek 8185L chipset. You may be able to get ndis driver to work with it. Download the winxp driver from http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=24&PFid=1&Level=6&Conn=5&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false&Downloads=true I don't know if there is native support.
