I've been seeing this a lot lately since the 4.6-PRE cutover. It looks like there may be a bad cvsup of 4.6-PRE out there. I have upgraded one machine so far, and I do not see these problems. Unless you're using some non-default CFLAGS or compiler optimizations, I recommend you re-cvsup again, and see if the problem persists.
