Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Sender: owner-isp@FreeBSD.ORG X-Loop: FreeBSD.org Precedence: bulk Hi, Crontab keeps sending me a note ever 5 minutes, saying: subj: Cron root /usr/libexec/atrun root: not found I'm thinkin' Hey, Im Root... here is what is in my var/cron/tabs/root # DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE - edit the master and reinstall. # (/etc/crontab installed on Fri Nov 15 20:37:50 1996) # (Cron version -- $Id: crontab.c,v 1.3.4.1 1996/04/09 21:23:11 scrappy Exp $) # /etc/crontab - root's crontab for FreeBSD # # $Id: crontab,v 1.10.4.2 1996/06/05 20:28:12 nate Exp $ # From: Id: crontab,v 1.6 1993/05/31 02:03:57 cgd Exp # SHELL=/bin/sh PATH=/etc:/bin:/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/sbin HOME=/var/log # #minute hour mday month wday who command # */5 * * * * root /usr/libexec/atrun # # rotate log files every hour, if necessary #0 * * * * root /usr/sbin/newsyslog # # do daily/weekly/monthly maintenance 0 2 * * * root /etc/daily 2>&1 | sendmail root 30 3 * * 6 root /etc/weekly 2>&1 | sendmail root 30 5 1 * * root /etc/monthly 2>&1 | sendmail root # # time zone change adjustment for wall cmos clock, # does nothing, if you have UTC cmos clock. # See adjkerntz(8) for details. 1,31 0-4 * * * root /sbin/adjkerntz -a Anyways, What do i need to do ? Everything here is by the book, and I only edited the file in /etc. Also, how can I make uucico keep calling until a sucess? The docs method exits regardless of what kind of sucess. Please reply to me, as I'm not on the list. Best..
